DIGITAL INBOUND · WEBSITE MIGRATIONS

Bring your WordPress content into an AI-first website.

Rebuild around your services while planning for existing posts, URLs, and business tools. Start with SEO and develop toward AI discovery and direct booking.

Build on the content your business has created.

A WordPress site may hold years of service pages, articles, and useful customer information. Our migration approach starts by understanding that content and the functions your business relies on. We rebuild with SEO and clear service discovery in mind, creating a foundation for AI that can help customers find answers, choose services, and eventually book within the website.

Connect articles to your services

Review how posts, service pages, and internal links fit together, so useful information supports a clear journey from a customer question to a relevant service.

Plan for content and URL continuity

Include existing posts, page addresses, media, and redirects in the rebuild plan. Decide deliberately how each important part of the old site will appear on the new one.

Choose the functions your business needs

Review the purpose of existing plugins and integrations, then scope the necessary functions and future AI experiences around your business workflows.

Built for AI discovery

Make business services easier to find and understand.

We build for a web where customers use AI assistants to research services and find businesses. Clear, accessible service information gives those systems useful material to work with.

  • Meta AI

An AI first website starts with clear information.

  • Public service pages with readable content and clear internal links.
  • Consistent business details, locations, and answers to customer questions.
  • Structured data that matches the information on the page.
  • Careful handling of URLs, redirects, sitemaps, and search crawler access.

These are the foundations we improve during a migration to support visibility in search and AI-assisted discovery.

The WordPress migration plan.

Start with the existing website, strengthen its search foundations, and create room for AI to become part of the customer experience.

  1. Inventory content and functions

Map pages, posts, URLs, media, and the roles of existing plugins. Identify essential publishing, enquiry, and booking flows before choosing the rebuild scope.

  2. Rebuild and map destinations

Create the service and content structure, review metadata and internal links, and map changed or combined pages to relevant redirects. Include existing redirects in the review.

  3. Develop the next customer journey

Plan how business tools connect to the new website, then scope AI discovery and booking experiences as further phases with clear requirements.

From AI discovery to direct booking.

Our first phase is SEO, website building, and migration. The direction is a fully AI integrated website where customers can describe their needs, find the right service, ask questions, and confirm a booking in the same interface. We also plan custom Model Context Protocol (MCP) connections so customers’ AI agents can check availability and book services directly. The migration creates the foundation for those experiences.

Migration questions.

Does WordPress prevent AI assistants from finding my business?

No. WordPress sites can be accessible to search engines and AI systems. We consider a migration when a rebuild better fits the business's content, SEO, and future interaction goals. Discovery depends on more than the platform name.

Will my posts and existing links be included in the plan?

Yes. The planning work maps existing content and URLs so we can decide what to retain, update, combine, or retire. Relevant redirects and updated internal links are part of a considered transition, though search visibility can change after a rebuild.

Will my WordPress plugins work on the new site?

WordPress plugins do not transfer as working features to a different platform. We review what each important plugin does and agree how that function should be handled on the new site, including any forms, booking tools, or publishing needs.
