Bringing AI Into Business Websites

Digital Inbound is working toward a simple goal: a business website where customers can describe what they need, find the right service, and book directly in the interface. We see AI becoming part of that experience, helping people move from a question to a useful next step. We are building toward that future in phases.

Why We Started

A customer visiting a business website usually has something to do: understand a service, ask a question, or make an appointment. We started with that journey in mind. How can a website help the right people find a business, then make it easier for them to choose a service and take action? That question guides what we build.

Our First Phase

Our first phase focuses on improving SEO through new websites and migrations from Wix, Squarespace, and WordPress. We start with how a business presents its services and how customers find them in search. Building these sites also gives us a foundation we can develop as AI becomes a deeper part of the customer experience.

Where We Are Going

Our direction is to integrate AI throughout the business website. We want customers to explain what they need, explore relevant services, get answers, and complete a booking in the same interface. We also plan to connect business services through custom Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, so customers’ AI agents can check availability and book directly. The websites, migrations, and SEO improvements we focus on today are the first phase of that larger plan.
